4K Registration

Important Registration Information

• Applications will be processed in the order they are received, and placed in AM or PM sessions (pending all required documentation has been provided).
• Session preference is not guaranteed. An email will be sent in April communicating AM or PM placement. Due to a higher demand for AM classes, requests may be waitlisted.
• The registration process includes completing an online application AND providing your child's birth certificate and--if new to district or you have moved--proof of residency. Missing documentation WILL delay your registration process. 
• You may complete the registration process at home or at the district office.
• Students entering 4K must be 4 on or before September 1 of the school year; students entering 5K must be 5 on or before September 1 of the school year.  There is no early entrance for 4K.
• If your child will be 5 and you wish to enroll them in 4K, please contact Courtney Arntzen at the Educational Service Center (262-971-1800). 
• Non-resident students must apply for and be accepted for open enrollment. Parents may apply online at the Department of Public Instruction Open Enrollment web page during the timeframe on their page (roughly February 1 through April 30).
  • Children whom the district has accepted for open enrollment may complete an online application ONLY after parents have completed all steps of the open enrollment process in May and June.
• Students are not registered until the completed application has been submitted AND birth certificate and required residency documents have been presented.
• Please note that uploaded birth certificates are not retained or printed--they are for viewing purposes only.
