2025-26 Goals 

Academic Excellence and Life Readiness

• Student performance on state assessments will place MNS in the top third of Waukesha County
• Increase the percentage of seniors earning an industry-recognized certification prior to graduation from 52% to 54%

Student Wellness and Belonging

• Student attendance is expected to increase to 96%
• Student participation in co-curricular activities in grades 5-12 is expected to increase from 68% to 70%

Staff Wellness, Development, and Retention

• Retain staff who are offered a position for the year at 90% or higher
• Enhance staff engagement in wellness initiatives to improve overall staff health and directly support a reduction in health insurance claims

Operational Sustainability & Strong Family and Community Connections

• MNS will flatten our declining enrollment trend through open enrollment strategies
• Increase overall parent satisfaction score from 4.37 to 4.39
