• Retain staff who are offered a position for the year at 90% or higher.
• Enhance staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Establish a baseline for the new Employee Experience survey.

Exemplary Student Learning and Engagement

• Student performance on state assessments in READING and MATH will place MNS at or above the top third when compared to Waukesha County school districts.
• 100% of schools will meet their target group goals.
• Establish a baseline for the new Student Experience survey.
• 100% of students in 6th-12th grades will complete the Academic Career Planning (ACP) process.

Sound Stewardship of Resources and Strong Community Support

• Develop 2025-2030 District Strategic Plan.
