2025-26 Goals
Academic Excellence and Life Readiness
- Student performance on state assessments will place MNS in the top third of Waukesha County
- Increase the percentage of seniors earning an industry-recognized certification prior to graduation from 52% to 54%
Student Wellness and Belonging
- Student attendance is expected to increase to 96%
- Student participation in co-curricular activities in grades 5-12 is expected to increase from 68% to 70%
Staff Wellness, Development, and Retention
- Retain staff who are offered a position for the year at 90% or higher
- Enhance staff engagement in wellness initiatives to improve overall staff health and directly support a reduction in health insurance claims
Operational Sustainability & Strong Family and Community Connections
- MNS will flatten our declining enrollment trend through open enrollment strategies
- Increase overall parent satisfaction score from 4.37 to 4.39
