- Retain staff who are offered a position for the year at 90% or higher.
- Enhance staff recruitment and onboarding processes.

Exemplary Student Learning and Engagement
- Student performance on state assessments in READING and MATH will place MNS at or above the top third when compared to Waukesha County school districts.
- 100% of schools will meet their target group goals.
- Establish a baseline for the new Student Experience survey.
- 100% of students in 6th-12th grades will complete the Academic Career Planning (ACP) process.
