Mission Statement

Vision Statement

The library is the information “hub” of the school community.   The library will be both a physical place and information portal, where students and families will have access 24 hours a day 7 days a week through the website and electronic resources. 

Book Checkout

Books may be checked out for two weeks and can be renewed as needed.

K-1 can check out four books for enjoyment and as many research books as needed
2-4 can check out six books for enjoyment and as many research books as needed

At any time, parents are able to see what their student has checked out from Destiny (physical collection) or Sora (ebooks and audiobooks). Linked are the directions for accessing the two accounts; parents will need to login as their student. It is the goal of the library to provide the right material for the right student; please use Novelist K-8 (provided by Badgerlink) to see professional and varied reviews. If you have additional needs or questions regarding the library materials your student accesses, please contact 4K-8th Grade School Librarian, Jenny Wied.

Lost or Damaged Items

If a book is lost or damaged, there are three ways to replace it.

1. Get another copy of the book from a new or used book seller such as amazon.com or Half Price Books.
2. Bring in a comparable title or titles that would enhance the library collection.
3. Pay the replacement cost of the book.
