The BLE Parent-Teacher Organization is a volunteer-led organization with the purpose of providing education enrichment programs for all students enrolled in the school; raising funds for education and recreational needs of the school; and strengthening the network of parents, teachers and administrators at Bay Lane Elementary School and the surrounding community.
