Students will be able to design and build an innovative Rube Goldberg machine of at least 8 steps to complete a mission. This year’s task is to pop a balloon. Each team will be spending the morning and early afternoon at the Milwaukee School of Engineering where they will present and run their machine in front of judges, peers, teachers and families as they compete against other middle school students. This is the launch year of the middle school Rube Goldberg Competition for Southeastern Wisconsin. The competition is run by STEM Forward.
