Mission Statement

Every student learning, growing . . . succeeding.

Vision Statement

The library is the information “hub” of the school community.   The library will be both a physical place and information portal, where students and families will have access 24 hours a day 7 days a week through the website and electronic resources.

Information & Technology Literacy Standards

The library program is based on Wisconsin Model Academic Standards for Information and Technology Literacy as well as the National Educational Technology Standards.

The focus of the Library Media Specialist’s role is to improve students’ 21st Century Skills- including information literacy, digital-age literacy, inventive thinking, high productivity, and effective communication.  This will be accomplished through teaching, coaching, professional development, resource management, and facility management.

Volunteer Opportunities: Be a PAL!  That's a Parent Assistant in the Library.  Help the library aides and their team with book circulation, shelving and bulletin board displays.  PAL time can be scheduled anytime.
